skip Enjoy your holiday in one of our holiday flats with charm and flair, allowing you to relax and regenerate in a attractive area. Two flats have been designed with love for detail, and natural material has been used in combination with modern design, offering the utmost comfort.

Our beautiful apartments are situated on the 2nd. floor (lift). The house is centrally situated on a quiet side road with a wonderful view. The centre is only a 2 minute walk away. The apartments are exclusively designed with top quality furnishings, open-plan and light designed living area with a completely furnished kitchen, bedroom , modern bathroom and a wide south-facing balcony with an open view of the Kitzsteinhorn and the wonderful mountain range.

Children´s discount:
Small children up to 3 years accompanied by parents, are free.


Minimum stay: 3 nights
Arrival from 14h00(Deposit of the luggage is possible in the morning)
Departure latest at 10h00
Deposit € 200,- /week and apartment at the confirmation of the reservation.
Deposit for the keys €100,- at occupation of the apartment.
The rest of the amount to be paid at your arrival.
From a stay of more than 5 days then there is no final cleaning to be paid.
